Delhi Govt. Announes Relief Of Rs.20,000 Per Acre To Farmers For Crop Loss

Delhi Government on Saturday announced a relief of Rs. 20000 per acre to farmers of the state who have faced loss due to crop damage.

Talking to media after meeting farmers affected by unseasonal rains, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, farmers have faced a huge loss due to the rains now it is the government’s responsibility to help them.

He said, this is the highest compensation announced by any government so far.
